Form Templates
Skip the blank-canvas problem. Pick one of 12 curated templates and customize from there.
Templates skip the blank-canvas problem. Pick a template and we'll create a form pre-loaded with the right fields, a sensible success message, and reasonable notification defaults — ready to receive responses in under a minute.
Picking a template
In your dashboard, click New form. You'll see a grid with Blank form first, followed by 12 templates organized by category. Click any tile to start from there.
What you get
Each template ships with three things pre-configured:
-
Field set — names, labels, placeholders, and required flags
-
Success message — what the submitter sees after submitting
-
Notification defaults — email notifications enabled, and where it fits, an auto-responder draft (Pro plan)

After you create from a template
Every field, message, and notification setting is fully editable from the form's settings tabs. The template is just a starting point — rename fields, change the order, swap success messages, anything. No link back to the template; changes don't propagate.
Pro features in free templates
Some templates pre-configure features that only work on Pro plans (auto-responder, multiple email recipients). On free plans, the form still gets created — those Pro fields are simply skipped. Upgrade to Pro any time to enable them.
